In December 2022, our Company successfully passed the audit and received a certificate of compliance with the international standard DSTU EN ISO 9001:2018 (EN ISO 9001:2015, IDT; ISO 9001:2015, IDT). Scope of certification: customs forwarding services, customs warehousing services, non-specialized wholesale trade services (according to NACE: 52.10; 52.21; 52.24; 52.29; 46.90 according to SC 009-2010).
ISO 9001:2018 certification has confirmed that the Company’s activities and quality management processes comply with high international standards.
The implementation of the quality management system has created a robust management system, which is a complex of processes, organizational structure, resources and procedures necessary to ensure high and stable quality of services provided, long-term and effective relationships with customers and partners, optimization of document flow and the Company’s ability to achieve its objectives.
